He once worked as Manager of the Secretariat Division, Deputy Director of the President’s Office and Deputy General Manager of Human Resources in China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation; General Manager of the Human Resources Department of Sinochem International Co., Ltd; General Manager of the Human Resources Department of Sinochem Group Co., Ltd; Executive Vice General Manager, and General Manager of Sinochem Petroleum Exploration and Production Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager,  General Counsel,  Chief Compliance Officer of our company. Mr. Li is now  Director, Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Board of our company.
